Disabled Information

Alexandra Palace makes every effort to ensure that visitors with disabilities can gain easy access. If any visitors require assistance our staff are on hand to help.

GETTING HERE - Underground and Bus

Caledonian Road on the Piccadilly Line is the nearest accessible tube station, the sation has lift access to street level.

The 259 bus route is wheelcahir-acceessble and runs from Kings Cross via Caledonian Road to Finbsury Park Sation where the wheelchair-accesssible W3 bus runs to Alexandra Palace.  Please alight at the 'Palm Court' main entrnace to the building, wheelchair users will gain access to the building via the slip road.  Tottenham Hale on the Victoria line is also an accessible station.

Rail


PARKING
Spaces close to the entrances are reserved for the disabled DRIVER. Able-bodied drivers of disabled PASSENGERS are asked to use the drop off and pick up points and then drive on to park in visitors' car parks.

RAMPS
Wheelchair access points are provided and the West entrance (Palm Court) has automatic entry doors.

TOILETS
Unisex wheelchair access toilets are available throughout the venue.

FIRST AID/MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Qualified staff are on duty throughout all exhibitions and events.

CATERING
All facilities provide services at gound level. The Palace Suite restaurant on the lower ground floor can be reached by lift and has a unisex wheelchair access toilet nearby.

ASSISTANCE
All assistance dogs are welcome, water bowls are available on request.
