We offer discounts against the regular cost of ice skating for Charity Groups, School Groups, Church Groups, Youth Groups and other Non-profit organisations.

Groups should book a minimum of one week prior to the date. There may be occasions when we cannot take group bookings. There needs to be a minimum of 10 in the group (excluding staff), with one member of staff to every 10 group members.

Booking

To make a booking, we require the information;

• The name of the organisation
• Address
• The name of the person making the booking
• A contact number
• Email address/fax number
• The time and date that the group are coming
• The number of people attending- group members and staff
• How you will be paying; on the day or invoiced

The Ice Rink Office can be contacted on 020 8365 4381. On arrival a form of identification, for example headed paper, confirmation of the charity number or an ID badge, must be shown to Reception. Pre booking a group does not guarantee our ability to provide a service.
