We all hate it when we lose something when we’re out and about so if we find anything that is not ours it stays with the Ally Pally security team until its ready to be collected.

If you have lost an item while visiting Alexandra Palace then you can contact us to let us know.

Due to the high volume of enquiries, please include any unique characteristics of your lost item rather than giving a generic description such as ‘set of keys’. This will ensure your enquiry has the greatest chance of success and our team can get your item back to you as quickly as possible.
