      The Knitting & Stitching show is the largest craft and textiles event in the UK. Each year the show welcomes throngs of sewing, dressmaking, knitting, crochet and textile devotees. The show offers over 400 craft companies, hundreds of workshops and demonstrations, daily Fashion Shows, and more than 20 Galleries showcasing the work of leading textile artists and groups from all over the world. There really is something for everyone.

Ally Pally doesn't sell tickets for this event therefore we can not check your purchase or find your records if you turn up. To gain entry to the event you need an e-confirmation or ticket.

      Situated in North London with spectacular panoramic views of the City, Alexandra Palace is well served by public transport and is 'closer than you think'.

      Whilst we have a number of car parks and 1500 free parking spaces, we strongly advise that customers use public transport when visiting an event or exhibition.

      BY CAR

      Car park spaces are free and offered on a first come, first served basis. Please note that car parks get very full quickly during events and as such we recommend using public transport to avoid disappointment.

      DISABLED PARKING

      There are dedicated accessible bays in the Grove car park and the East car park in front of the Ice Rink.

      BY LONDON UNDERGROUND

      To plan your journey please visit the TFL website at www.tfl.gov.uk

      The nearest underground stations are Wood Green on the Piccadilly line and Finsbury Park on the Victoria line.

      The W3 bus runs from both of these tube stations and will take you to the Alexandra Palace Ice Rink stop or Palm Court entrance.

      The W3 runs every 5-8 minutes Monday to Friday, 6-10 minutes on Saturday and 9-12 minutes on Sundays.

      BY RAIL

      Alexandra Palace has its own British Rail Station (Alexandra Palace Station). A regular train service runs direct from Moorgate (weekdays only) or from Kings Cross, changing at Finsbury Park.

      Once at Alexandra Palace station you can take the W3 bus or walk (15-20 mins.) directly to the venue.

      BY BUS

      In addition to the W3 from Finsbury Park and Wood Green underground stations, if you are travelling from North London the 184 towards Turnpike Lane Station stops at Alexandra Palace Station.

      The 184 runs every 7-11 minutes Monday to Friday, 6-10 minutes on Saturday and 10-12 minutes on Sundays.

      GETTING HOME
