We are operating in-line with Government Guidance for Performing Arts to ensure that the Palace is safe for everyone who attends, as well as for our staff. Measures in place:
Do support us by following Government guidelines throughout your visit and look out for one another. If you do not feel well before the event or you or any of your household have experienced Covid-19 associated symptoms, please do not attend at the event and follow NHS guidance.
It is a legal requirement that face coverings are worn at all times, unless you are medically exempt, when not seated at your table. Please bring your own face covering in order to access Live at Ally Pally. You may also be asked to remove your face covering by security or bar staff for either age verification or other security purposes.
Yes we will have various hand sanitiser units around the venue and we encourage you to bring your own to the venue.
In order for the event to take place in a secure manner, we will be strictly enforcing the requirement that people only attend with a member of their own household or support bubble. As such we cannot allow any groups to move from their allocated tables. Should two tables be identified as a larger group our security will first request that each table maintains their appropriate distance and remain at their allocated tables. Failure to follow this request may result in both tables being asked to leave the venue without refund.
In order to deliver a safe and legal event, your experience at Live at Ally Pally will be different to pre-Covid-19 events. Music levels may not be as loud as you remember and there will be a number of simple, but really important, processes for you to follow as a customer. While we acknowledge these may be small frustrations we hope that the secure experience we are able to provide will allow you and your party to have an enjoyable evening.
Live at Ally Pally music events will be operating an 18 years or over policy for entry so please be prepared to be asked for age identification upon entry as admission may be refused. Bars in the venue will be operating Challenge 25 so please be ready to provide appropriate age identification should you want to consume alcohol. Comedy events will be operating a 14 plus age policy and anyone unable to demonstrate they are over 18 or are found purchasing alcohol for anyone under the age of 18 will be asked to leave.
No. We would prefer that you show us your e-ticket on your phone in order to allow for contactless ticket scanning – let’s save a few trees too!
To speed up your ordering when you get to the venue, we suggest you download the app before you leave home. You can download the Ally Pally Food & Drink app on the Apple Store and Google Play Store or order online via our website.
In the interests of security when not seated at tables we may ask individuals to remove caps or hats, unless worn for religious, faith or medical purposes.
If you are unwell and displaying any Covid-19 symptoms we want you to stay at home and follow NHS advice. As such we will refund your ticket if you or someone in your party develops Covid-19 symptoms and can no longer attend. You will need to email visitor.services@alexandrapalace.com at least 24 hours in advance of your booking in order to claim a refund.
If Government guidelines mean we cannot go ahead with the event you are attending we will firstly aim to reschedule the event, for which your ticket will remain vaild. If we are unable to do this, a refund will be available.
You can print your e-ticket so you won’t need a smartphone for entry to the venue, but someone in your party will need a smartphone to order food and drink via the Ally Pally Food & Drink app or online.
No, this is a cashless service. All orders must be made via the Ally Pally Food & Drink app or online with payments possible through major credit and debit cards and services such as Apple Pay and GooglePay.
