Working alongside the concert organiser, added checks are now in place for people attending this concert. One of these measures is to ensure that the people purchasing tickets are the ones in attendance.
At the point of sale for each ticket the following message appeared:
The name of the lead booker will be printed on each ticket. The lead booker must be in attendance and photo ID checks will be made on entry into the venue. If the ID does not match entry will be refused. If you are booking more than one ticket your guest must arrive at the concert at the same time as you. Failure to do so will result in the guest being turned away. Failure to adhere the terms and conditions may result in the customer's order being cancelled. There are no exceptions to this rule.
For any further enquiries regarding your tickets please contact the company that issued your ticket.
Where do I buy tickets?
Alexandra Palace does not sell tickets to events. For all ticket enquiries please contact your ticket provider. 14 + only. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (adult must be 21 or over)
If you have received an email confirmation from your ticket provider you can collect your tickets from the Guest list and collections door at The Palm Court Entrance. Please note you can not pick them up before the doors open. Please allow some extra time to collect your tickets as this can take a few minutes and we do not want you to miss any of the event.
I have not received my e-confirmation or tickets, what should I do?
Please contact the ticket provider or outlet that you made your purchase through as they will need to send you a confirmation. Ally Pally doesn’t sell ticket therefore we can not check your purchase or find your records if you turn up. To gain entry to the event you need an e-confirmation or ticket.
