Our Strategic Plan 2025-2035 sets out how we aim to improve the Park and Palace over the next decade.  

Using our charity’s Vision as a guide, the Plan outlines key projects that will improve our infrastructure and strengthen our programmes, helping us become more sustainable, establish new partnerships, build long-term financial resilience, and deepen our social and economic impact. 

The Strategic Plan has been informed by extensive research and consultation with visitors, stakeholders, Haringey Council and our charity’s Trustee Board.
