Alexandra Palace’s ice rink is situated against the backdrop of its dramatic Victorian architecture. It has long been viewed as London’s ice rink, and home to the region’s ice skating communities. The rink has recently undergone a £2.3 million refurbishment, massively improving public skating conditions and also allowing it to be used as a competitive standard ice skating venue.

Due to a cancelation there is an extra public skating session this Saturday (19th May 2012) between 17:00-19:30. Adults £8.50 Junior £7.50

Spectator fee: A spectator fee of £1.00 is applicable to all public sessions except Friday and Saturday evening sessions where there is one admission price of £8.50.

Ice Rink vouchers

You can now treat your loved ones to Ice Rink vouchers which can be used for any public skating session, Ice Nation, group courses or group bookings. Vouchers are available in £5, £10, £20, £30, £40 and £50 from the Ice Rink reception.

Group bookings

We take group bookings and offer discounts for non-profitable organisations with a minimum group size of 10. Proof of your non-profitable organisation or charity status must be brought with you when you arrive to your skating session.

Free skate hire

We have a full range of figure skates starting from a child size 6 to adult size 14. We do not hire hockey skates. You may bring your own skates to use but please be aware of the rink rules. We advise wearing warm clothes. Remember your thick socks! Bring gloves and avoid loose clothing as it can be dangerous on the Ice.
