Our Community webpage is dedicated to providing local news and information to our neighbours and community.

We are proud that so many of our community are frequent visitors, and enjoy our year-round offers of award-winning green space, culture, heritage, leisure and learning. We also want to ensure that our operations and activities are sensitive to the needs of our local area.

In addition to all the entertainment and attractions detailed across the rest of our website, we will use the page to bring you details about temporary closures, security updates, how we manage the Park, community activities and much more.

Closures

Our next planned closure is for our Fireworks and Drone Festival, which takes place on 7 and 8 November 2026. Full information about changes to the Park, Palace, the road and transport routes will be published here shortly, so check back.
