Throughout the Palace there is a fabulous aroma of our great new fresh ground coffee selection. The art of creating great coffee has a name …“Cafeology” which is all about medium to dark roasted beans so you can really taste the flavour when adding milk, or serving an espresso rich, sweet and balanced with notes of burnt toffee and caramel. All the beans are ethically sourced from Colombia, South America and fairtrade from the region of Apia.
Take time out to come in and taste the difference, our baristas look forward to serving you all, whether at an event or one of our special coffee mornings. Or why not have it to take away with you – brilliant beans, less bucks!
