Storm Eunice

19 February

The Park and Palace will reopen on Saturday, 19 February.

The East Court will remain closed however. Visitors to the ice rink will be able to enter the rink via our east lightwell which is a short walk from the East Court. Staff/signage will direct you. Please note that this weekend tickets for the ice rink must be purchased online.

Unfortunately, our phone lines will not be working on the weekend of 19/20 February. You can reach our Visitor Services team between 9am-5pm via email visitor.services@alexandrapalace.com Apologies for any inconvenience.

17 February

With high winds due across London on Friday, 18 February and a Red weather warning issued from the Met Office, we are closing the Palace to all public activities and encouraging people not to visit the Park.

The Palace, it’s East Court, all car parks, the ice rink and the Phoenix pub will all be closed on Friday, while our Creative Learning activities have been postponed. People with bookings have been contacted directly.

Activities in the Park, such as Go Ape, have been postponed for the day, while the skate park and playground have been closed.

It’s pretty unprecedented to have to close Alexandra Palace like this, but we are doing so to ensure everyone remains safe.

Currently, we expect to be open again as normal on Saturday, but we’ll be monitoring the impact of Storm Eunice. We will post updated information on this page and our social media channels.

If you have any queries in the meantime, please contact our team via visitor.services@alexandrapalace.com

Stay safe and see you soon x
