  • Event Overview
    • The Mind Body Soul Experience

The Mind Body Soul Experience is a weekend like no other; for three days in October, we invite you to experience the esoteric, the mysterious and the exciting.

Bigger and better than ever before, the show brings together new ideas and ancient wisdom, allowing visitors space to relax and unwind. Whether you need spiritual or physical healing, experts are on hand to provide guidance and advice.

There’s something for everyone at the Mind Body Soul Experience – leading therapists, mediums and advisers are on hand to guide visitors on their way to spiritual guidance. The Creative Studio will offer craft workshops and the Therapy Zone is home to massage, reiki, and acupuncture, amongst other techniques. With exhibitors offering everything from runes and raw foods to spiritual jewellery, continuing your commitment to an enlightened life at home could not be easier.

Your ticket to the Mind Body Soul Experience also includes entry to the OM Yoga Show, located in a neighbouring hall. Two shows for the price of one!
