Our Visitor Services team currently operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. If you have a query outside these hours we’ll endeavour to get back to you asap.
Following the Governments announcement of a second national lockdown, Alexandra Palace will be closed to the public from Thursday 5th November. As a charity with a small visitor services team we would be grateful if customers could avoid calling until we have had an opportunity to communicate with customers who have bought tickets or booked onto our Ice Rink courses.
