The HW HQ pre-sale gives registered fans early access to purchase tickets for Hayley Williams’ Alexandra Palace show, subject to availability. Fans must register via the official HW HQ registration page before the registration deadline.

Register via the official HW HQ pre-sale registration page using your email address. Registration is free and no purchase is necessary.

Anyone can register for the HW HQ Pre-sale. Duplicate, automated, bulk or fraudulent registrations may be removed.

The registration window opens at 3pm BST on Tuesday 1 September and closes at 10am BST on Thursday 3 September. Pre-sale starts Friday 4 September at 10am BST.

No. Your unique pre-sale code is linked to your registration and can only be used once. Please do not share your code with others.

Yes. The email address used to register should match the email address used to purchase tickets.

No. A Ticket Unlock code gives you access to purchase tickets, but does not guarantee availability. Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligible registrants can expect to receive their code by 6pm BST on Thursday 3 September. Please check your inbox, spam and junk folders.

When tickets go on pre-sale, follow the ticket link from the email you have received and enter your unique pre-sale code when prompted to unlock access to available tickets. The code can only be used once.

In your email from HW HQ, you will have received a unique code. You must apply this code to the event page before you can purchase tickets.

To apply your code on DICE:

1. Follow the link in the email to the event page.
2. Select the event date you wish to purchase tickets for.
3. In the app: Scroll down to the section that says “Got a code?”
4. On the web: Look for “Got a code?” on the left-hand side of the page, under the event image.
5. Enter your unique code and tap “Apply”. This will unlock the ability to purchase tickets when they go on sale.

Once you’ve applied the code, the code unlocks the ability to purchase tickets for that specific show (up to the ticket limit of 4). If you close the app or exit the window for some reason, the code to purchase tickets will remain linked to your account. You can simply head back to the event page/checkout, and the access will still be applied.

First check your spam and junk folders. If you successfully registered but have not received a code, please refer to the contact information provided on the HW HQ registration page. The codes come from HW HQ directly and we’re not able to give these out.

Tickets are limited to four (4) tickets per person for the Alexandra Palace show.

To further combat overpriced reselling, ticket resale and transfer will only be enabled closer to the show.

Visitors are only permitted to bring one small bag into the venue, no larger than 30cm (H) x 20cm (W) x 10cm (D). Bags exceeding this size must be checked into the bag drop.
