Artists Gary Drostle and Carleen de Sozer discuss their approach to creating murals for the Palace, and why they were painted on the building.

Gary headed up the Haringey Mural Workshop who created the West Corridor Murals in 1987 and Carleen painted the south terrace murals for the Mayor’s LDN WMN #BehindEveryGreatCity project, featuring 3 icon black women who had somehow been lost in history. She will also talk about her experiences of delivering a women only street art workshop and working with wonderful children on graffiti summer camp workshops at Ally Pally.
