Acclaimed Brooklyn songwriter Joan Wasser aka Joan As Police Woman will perform in our Theatre this June.

Joan spent lockdown making and releasing new music including her second album of covers and her first live album. Joan also appeared on the Afel Bocoum album Lindé and wrote and recorded Simplicity with Damon Albarn for Gorillaz’ Song Machine.

Joan As Police Woman’s latest studio album, The Solution Is Restless, was released in 2021 via PIAS and features the late Tony Allen and The Invisible’s Dave Okumu.
