How we’re working to keep you safe
Our events team present this outdoor summer music event with a number of measures in place to keep you safe. This includes a 60% capacity audience, socially distanced bar queues and increased cleaning and hygiene protocols. We are also working with industry experts, the local authority, emergency and transport services and relevant health and statutory bodies to ensure the event provides a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors.

The Kaleidoscope Team:

“We are really looking forward to bringing some music and good times back for people to enjoy. We’re putting a lot of work into ensuring we can deliver our event in a safe way. Our approach is based on direction from the Government and health agencies. With guidance developing week by week, we are continuing to work closely with all the relevant experts and organisations.

We will provide more detailed information ahead of the event, and on the day, so that all visitors, artists and staff can stay safe. But do prepare to have a lot more extra room than you’d usually expect.

If at any point guidance from Government changes or the event cannot be put on in a safe way, then it won’t go ahead and tickets will be refunded.”
