Festive Film: Miracle on 34th Street

Start your Christmas off with the heart-warming 1994 Christmas classic Miracle on 34th Street.

The story follows Kringle (Richard Attenborough) who takes a job playing Santa at a department store in New York. A little girl called Susan (Mara Wilson) visits the store and confides in Santa that she has doubts of Santa’s existence. Kringle however believes he is the genuine Santa Claus and this devotion to his job leads to him turning record profits for the store. This annoys rival retailers leading to a court case in which Kringle and his lawyer must prove that he is the real thing.
