A performing arts programme for young people aged 7–18 at Alexandra Palace, with classes for Little Stars (7–10 years), Shooting Stars (11–14 years) and Supernovas (15–18 years).
From first-time performers to those with experience on stage, Palace Performing Arts gives young people the opportunity to sing, dance and act while developing their creativity, building confidence and making new friendships.
Led by experienced industry professionals, our Saturday sessions encourage every young person to express themselves, discover new skills and enjoy performing in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Throughout the year, every young person works towards exciting opportunities to perform, including on the iconic Alexandra Palace Theatre stage.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LITTLE STARS, SHOOTING STARS & SUPERNOVAS?
Little Stars (7–10 year-olds): A fun introduction to singing, dancing and acting, where young performers build confidence, make friends and discover the joy of performing as they prepare for their first performance in the Alexandra Palace Theatre.
Shooting Stars (11-14 year-olds): Building creativity and stage skills through singing, dancing and acting, while taking on new challenges, working together and gaining experience performing on the Alexandra Palace Theatre stage.
Supernovas (15 – 18 year-olds): Taking performance to the next level through singing, acting and dance, and refining stagecraft and artistic expression ahead of productions in the Alexandra Palace Theatre.
