Rhythm Stick is an inclusive club night designed by and for adults with disabilities, and it finally returns home to Alexandra Palace Theatre this October. Grab your glowsticks, slap on some glitter, don your best party fit and throw some shapes.

Rhythm Stick is part of Live From Ally Pally, a programme of events that marks 90 years since the start of television broadcasting at Alexandra Palace.
