The ART of letting go

Stop that train, I want to get off…Do you feel like you need time to stop, reflect and rejuvenate? Maybe you do but you don’t realise it yet?

Join illustrator Alice Haskell as she takes you on a voyage of self-exploration and reflection helping you to achieve a state of serenity through the ART of letting go. Drawing on a lifetime of artistic practice that blurs the boundaries between art, psychology and alternative therapies, Alice will guide you through a series of techniques to help you expand your drawing skills, relax, unwind, gain closure and shower yourself with kindness.

This session has been designed by Alexandra Palace’s Youth Programming Team and is primarily for young creatives aged 16-24. The workshop will take place on Zoom. To find out more and to book your spot, email creativenetwork@alexandrapalace.com
