  • General Information
    • Disabled access

Disabled parking is located in the BBC car park. If you are a disabled ticket holder you can access the venue through the guest list/VIP entrance outside palm court. The disabled platform is located in the main arena to the left. Disabled toilets are located at the back of the main arena, please ask a member of staff who will be able to escort you. If you aren’t a disabled ticket holder and require a seat at the gig for other valid reasons, please go to the information point where they will be able to carry out a head count on the platform before the main act plays on stage to check if there is space.

      Lost property

We all hate it if we lose something so please be careful and if you do lose anything please report it to the information point to see if anything has been handed in during the night. You can call us on 0208 365 2121 (Mon – Fri 9am – 5:30pm) after the event to see if your lost item was found during clean-up.

Unfortunately pickpockets are known to operate at events so please be vigilant with your belongings and only bring with you what is needed. If possible try and use the cloakroom (£2 per item). If you notice anything suspicious please tell a member of security or report to the information point in the Palm Court.

      Party Responsibly

We want you to enjoy the gig but please party responsibly. If you see someone having a bad time or needs help please point them out to a member of staff. It is venue policy and a condition of entry that you allow yourself and your belongings to be searched by the Police or Security. They may carry out random searches when you are entering the arena. Do not attempt to bring in illegal substances as you stand a real chance of being caught.
