    • Where do I buy tickets?

      Tickets have unfortunately sold out. Ages 12+ under 16's to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Please note we are an all standing venue.


      Ticket collections.

      If you have received an email confirmation from your ticket provider you can collect your tickets from the Guest list and collections door at The Palm Court Entrance. Please note you can not pick them up before the doors open. Please allow some extra time to collect your tickets as this can take a few minutes and we do not want you to miss any of the event.

      I have not received my e-confirmation or tickets, what should I do?

      Please contact the ticket provider or outlet that you made your purchase through as they will need to send you a confirmation.

      Situated in North London with spectacular panoramic views of the City, Alexandra Palace is well served by public transport and is 'closer than you think'.

      Whilst we have a number of car parks and 1500 free parking spaces, we strongly advise that customers use public transport when visiting an event or exhibition.

      BY CAR

      Car park spaces are free and offered on a first come, first served basis. Please note that car parks get very full quickly during events and as such we recommend using public transport to avoid disappointment.

      • Major roads have signposts ‘to Alexandra Palace’
      • 1 mile from the North Circular Road (A406)
      • 5 miles from the M1 (Junction 2)
      • 8 miles from the M25 (Junction 25)

      There are dedicated accessible bays in the Grove car park and the East car park in front of the Ice Rink.

      The nearest underground stations are Wood Green on the Piccadilly line and Finsbury Park on the Victoria line.

      The W3 bus runs from both of these tube stations and will take you to the Alexandra Palace Ice Rink stop or Palm Court entrance.

      The W3 runs every 5-8 minutes Monday to Friday, 6-10 minutes on Saturday and 9-12 minutes on Sundays.

      BY RAIL

      Alexandra Palace has its own British Rail Station (Alexandra Palace Station). A regular train service runs direct from Moorgate (weekdays only) or from Kings Cross, changing at Finsbury Park.

      Once at Alexandra Palace station you can take the W3 bus or walk (15-20 mins.) directly to the venue.

      BY BUS

      In addition to the W3 from Finsbury Park and Wood Green underground stations, if you are travelling from North London the 184 towards Turnpike Lane Station stops at Alexandra Palace Station.

      The 184 runs every 7-11 minutes Monday to Friday, 6-10 minutes on Saturday and 10-12 minutes on Sundays.

      Unlike other arenas we are a fully standing venue and we have a festival-style village that opens as soon as the doors do. Here you can experience award-winning street food, huge festival bars, and outdoor space with the best views of London. You can even get real ale! Yes, we have cask ale bars that serve locally brewed ale and great wines (not in plastic bottles or screw tops!).

      We think the build up to a gig should be fun so we go around town recruiting some of the best buskers in the city and have them entertain you on the festival stage. You can sit with your pals on the artificial grass and enjoy a cheeky bite to eat, have a nice drink, and experience the entertainment of London's finest street acts. There really is no reason to meet at the pub first. Just get up to Ally Pally - you won't be disappointed!

      Mission style burrito is a hearty take on the Mexican burrito, packed with rice, meat or veg, refried beans, grilled peppers & onions, cheese, salsa, lettuce, sour cream and jalapenos. It is so jam-packed that we have to wrap in aluminium foil to keep it from bursting at the seams.

  • FAQ's
    • What time can we start queuing? The site will be open from 9am and queuing will be allowed outside Alexandra Palace, Palm Court Entrance. Please note that the queuing system is outdoors and not undercover. As this event is in the middle of winter it is likely to be cold and wet. We recommend you arrive nearer to the door opening times. However, if you do want to queue outside from early on we suggest you wear appropriate clothing. Toilets will be available from 9am on the day of the event.

      I brought tickets with O2 is there a priority queue? No there is no O2 Priority entrance at Alexandra Palace.

      What is the best time to arrive to get to the front? The event is all standing and no position within the arena can be guaranteed. Doors to the venue open at 18:30. No customer will be allowed access to the venue before this time.

      Stage timings? Any show information about stage set up, set times or playlists as well as shout outs we kindly direct you to the band social media platforms for confirmation/consideration. The event finishes at 23:00.

      Can we camp over night? Camping on site is strictly forbidden at Alexandra Palace.

      What is the policy for adults accompanying under 15’s to the show? Adults need to accompany under 15’s in the venue at all times. Adults need to be over the age of 21. Children under the age of 12 will not be allowed access to the venue.

      Can we bring rucksacks? We have a cloakroom which will be available on a first come first served basis. Please note coat / bag storage is not guaranteed. Whilst there are no specific restrictions on rucksacks and similar, we recommend you only bring to the venue what you need. Cost is £2 per item. Any items left outside of the cloakroom will be removed and may be destroyed.

      Can I bring cameras? Professional cameras are not allowed (i.e. no detachable lenses).

      I live abroad, how will I get my tickets? Please refer to the ticketing company you purchased your ticket from as different terms and conditions apply.

      I am disabled but I have a general ticket and need a seat. A disabled ticket guarantees access to the disabled platform. Availability to this platform is restricted and currently at capacity. If you have purchased a general admission ticket and require disabled platform access, please visit the information point on the night which is directly in front of you as you enter through Palm Court (main entrance). The staff will inform you of any availability which is unlikely due to the current demand.

      From 10am onwards on the day of the event hot drinks and snacks available and hot food from midday from the B & K Café/Pub, this is located next to the main entrance Palace court. Alternatively one member from your group can purchase take away food from our Grove Café or Lakeside Café around the Palace. Locations of these are listed in our things to do section of our website Once doors have opened at 18.30 we also have a food village inside with a array of food and drink options.

      There will be a shuttle bus service from Wood Green Underground Station & Alexandra Palace Station to the main entrance Palm Court from 5pm and on a loop until midnight on day of event. - £1 pre show & Free Service Post Show.

      There will be merchandise sold from outside the venue from 2pm onwards both days located outside the B & K Café/Pub, as well as inside after doors opening.

      The event finishes at 23:00 both nights.
