Due to the government’s advice regarding the Coronavirus and our commitment to protect visitors, customers and the community Alexandra Palace is closed for the time being.
We hope you understand our reasons for doing so, ultimately our responsibility is to ensure that we operate responsibly given the current climate. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
We advise you visit the individual pages on our website for latest updates on the events and activities that you attend, or were planning to attend. Regarding our events, please see a summary list below:
If your event is not listed it is because a decision has yet to be reached. Please continue to check our website, this page and social media for further updates.
All current tickets will remain valid for the re-scheduled shows. For any further ticketing queries please contact your ticketing provider in the first instance.
The Palace is closed to the public, however some areas, such as the park, will remain accessible to the public. The support services we usually provide will not be available during this time. As such, we request that you use the space appropriately in order to support the Emergency Services to ensure they can focus their attention on those in most need.
This is an unprecedented time and we know it will take a lot to bounce back. As a charity we rely on your support to keep the Park and Palace open, pay our staff and deliver an inspiring programme of events and education. We are working non-stop on our contingency planning, including how we might be able to continue to entertain and educate you. If you are able to show your support via a donation please click here Any donation makes a massive difference.
We wish you and your friends, family and colleagues all the best, and look forward to welcoming you back to Ally Pally once the situation allows.
Alexandra Palace is run by a charity for the benefit of everyone. It’s loved by many people: as a historic landmark, ice rink, legendary gig venue, exhibition centre, theatre, park with panoramic views and more. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic our income has fallen catastrophically and our survival is at risk. Your support can help: as a charity, every £1 we receive is reinvested back into the organisation and will help us get back on our feet.
