Following the Governments announcement of a national lockdown, Alexandra Palace will be closing to the public from Thursday 5th November.
As a charity with a small visitor services team, we would be grateful if customers could avoid calling until we have had an opportunity to communicate with customers who have bought tickets or booked onto our Ice Rink courses.
Please visit the individual pages on our website for the latest updates on the events and activities that you attend, or were planning to attend.
All current tickets will remain valid for the re-scheduled shows. For any further ticketing queries please contact your ticketing provider in the first instance.
The Palace is closed to the public, however, some areas, such as the park, will remain accessible to the public. This is an unprecedented time and we know it will take a lot to bounce back. As a charity we rely on your support to keep the Park and Palace open, pay our staff and deliver an inspiring programme of events and education. We are working non-stop on our contingency planning, including how we might be able to continue to entertain and educate you. If you are able to show your support via a donation please click here Any donation makes a massive difference.
We wish you and your friends, family and colleagues all the best, and look forward to welcoming you back to Ally Pally once the situation allows.
Alexandra Palace is run by a charity for the benefit of everyone. It’s loved by many people: as a historic landmark, ice rink, legendary gig venue, exhibition centre, theatre, park with panoramic views and more. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic our income has fallen catastrophically and our survival is at risk. Your support can help: as a charity, every £1 we receive is reinvested back into the organisation and will help us get back on our feet.
